- While Reading and writing, Keep at distance of atleast 12inches must be maintained
- Avoid Reading or writing in moving vehicles.
- Good Lighting is important to make reading easier prevent eye fatigue.
- Sit upright when you are working on the computer.
- Have a balanced diet which includes Vitamin A, such as Tomato, papaya, carrot watermelon and other fruits and vegetables.
- Have a regular vision test for early detection and treatment of any visual defects, replace your glasses with every change in vision and ask for immediate help in case of any visual discomfort.
