According to a New Study, A diet rich in nuts, beans and lentils have been found effective in lowering blood sugar levels in people with Type 2 diabetes.
The study was conducted over 210 patients with type 2 diabetes, who were randomly assigned to receive 1 of the 2 diet treatments for 6 months.
