Evey one wants to look younger and cute, this goes for both male and female.
But as we grow older our skin gets wrinkle and there no escape from that. But now we can escape from the wrinkle. According to study Water may act as a weapon against ageing, and help keep wrinkles at bay.
According to a study, up to 700 genes that help keep the skin hydrated become less active and less able to retain water as the cells get older, and thus lead to wrinkles.
Skin therapist Louise Thomas-Minns added: "Although some of the ageing process is determined by genetics, that is only around 30 per cent. The other 70 per cent is not written entirely in our genes which means that we can affect it by looking after our skin, he further added Fluid is vital to allowing the skin enzymes to shed and renew which is why we often don't look too good after a big night out."

With High Heel Shoes putting women at higher risk of acute and Chronic Problems.
With the increasing fashion of high heels shortening of the Achilles tendon, heel pain, pain in the balls of the feet, bunions, calluses, soft corns between the toes, fractures, and sprains have also become quite common.
Podiatrist and spokesperson for Australian Podiatry Association (NSW), Brenden Brown said that wearing stiletto heels brings a raft of acute and chronic problems.
In the Daily Telegraph Brown Quoted as"Out of 10 people you would see six or seven needing something due to the fact they have worn a high heel at some stage,"
"We are seeing more traumatic injuries with things like fractures, sprains of ligaments in the ankles," Brown added.
According to Dr Simon Floreani, spokesperson, Chiropractors' Association of Australia, high heels are also responsible for lower back problems."When you are in high heels it throws your posture forward, like you are standing on your tippy toes, so in order to stand up straight you have to over extend the lower back.
Floreani further added that "If any woman has had more than a decade of wearing constant high heels, she will have arthritic changes, he stated
Addiction to heels also gives rise to neck problems.
"When you arch the lower back you usually stoop and roll the shoulders and crane the neck. It's like if the foundations of a house get shifted, the roof and the walls and everything else compensates," he said.
Dr Floreani further suggested whether it's platforms or stilettos, it is wiser to use silicon inserts to cushion the impact on the joints in the feet.

News from the New Study says that Breast cancer is associated with the diet that women had when they were young.
The study was led by Professor Jaak Janssens, president of the European Cancer Prevention Organisation, in Hasselt, Belgium.
Breast cancer seems to originate almost entirely in childhood. The study has revealed that girls' diet and the amount of exercise they take can determine their risk of breast cancer in later life, reports the Daily Express.
From An analysis of 1,146 girls from birth to age 13 linked obesity and lack of exercise to an increased risk of breast cancer.
The breast is most vulnerable at the very onset of development. Further research should focus on nutrition in children and breast cancer risk to prevent the disease," the Daily Express quoted the study, as saying.
Janssens and his colleagues studied medical reports, which show a well-established link between early puberty and breast development and later breast cancer risk.
His studies the girls in his group to see what factors, including nutrition influenced early puberty development.
"Childhood obesity, lack of physical activity, high glycemic (processed) carbohydrate consumption," were among the "strongest determinants influencing the onset of puberty," the study said.n addition, it revealed a history of glandular fever might also have an influence on later risk.
And it cited 'exposure to oestrogens' found in plastic babies' bottles and plastic toys as another risk factor.
The study is published in the journal Paediatrics. (ANI)

A regular and intense three-minute workout can do wonders in boosting your metabolism, says a new study.
Professor James Timmons, who worked with a team of researchers from Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh, Scotland, brief high-intensity exercises repeated in every couple of days may significantly take down the risk of diabetes.
"What we have found is that doing a few intense muscle exercises, each lasting only about 30 seconds, dramatically improves your metabolism in just two weeks."It was found that there was a significant effect on their body's ability to process sugars.
He said, "The risk of developing cardiovascular disease and type two diabetes is substantially reduced through regular physical activity. Unfortunately, many people feel they simply don't have the time to follow current exercise guidelines. He further added "Current guidelines, with regards to designing exercise regimes to yield the best health outcomes, may not be optimal and certainly require further discussion.
"The low volume, high intensity training utilized in our study substantially improved both insulin action and glucose clearance in otherwise sedentary young males and this indicates that we do not yet fully appreciate the traditional connection between exercise and diabetes".
